I wore it for the first time this past weekend and got a pretty noticeable scratch on the clasp but I don't remember hitting anything. It’s an easy enough fix with some Cape Cod considering it’s the side of a clasp but seems like clasp tolerance needs to be adjusted. I would take it to your local RSC and they should be able to either sort it out quickly or replace the clasp - this should not be happening on a Rolex!
