Deep Look: Panerai 312 Review. The Panerai Luminor Marina 1950 3 days is one of the Panerai's most fantastic timepiece. It is a spectacular watch and is still being talked about amongst many serious watch collectors. The company started producing this watch back in 2009, and it is still in production to this day. The 233 uses all of the P.2002's functionality while other PAMs, such as the 368, use only a subset thereof. Most Paneristi would prefer to do without many of the P.2002's functions, such as the date, 24hr GMT and power reserve indicator. Most agree however, that the 44mm 233 is one of the more "adaptive" PAMs, wearable in all situations.
If any of you guys ever handled or even owned both watches (372 & 663), I would like to hear your opinion (s) about those 2 (aside from price difference and resale value) and which one would you pick if this watch would be your one and only PAM. Appreciate it .
The 312 has the edge for me personally. I tried both on recently and as a first PAM the 312 has a slight edge (simplicity of dial). Now if I was looking for a GMT then the 233 probably has the edge over the 320 & 321 assuming you have the extra $$! _____CUSTOMIZE THE PERFECT STRAP TODAY. The Panerai Luminor 312 Marina 1950 3 day watch comes in the form of a 44mm stainless steel case outfitted with a huge crown guard. The Calibre P.9000 movement offers a 3-day power reserve and the watch is fitted with a leather Panerai watch band. I love Panerais on rubber, and this shot is particularly cool 👌🏻. It is a pity though that I don't feel comfortable with 44mm and beyond, hence I don't own any Panerai.
