Hello everyone! I just purchased a vintage Rolex 1500 but the oval jubilee bracelet it came with was stretched beyond use. A week ago I ordered an aftermarket oyster style bracelet, but it didn't fit. The endlinks placed the springbars too far back (away from the dial) to click into place. I need help finding an aftermarket bracelet for it!
I am trying to look for a vintage original Rolex bracelet for my 1500. The watch case is having a serial number of 2.8m, I suppose it is a watch in around early 1970s I found some Rolex Bracelet 78350 19mm with 557 Endlinks online. Among others, a 7835 oyster or 7205 rivet would be period correct, more or less. Any of the 19mm endlinks will probably fit ok. If you really need the "correct" endlinks, you can probably figure that out with a little research. You can use google, or there is a huge bracelet thread in the Rolex Reference Library forum.
The 50 was stamped on the right-hand last link of the bracelet, right before the end links (see photo). However, the ONLY difference, technically between a 62510H "50" and, a standard 62510H is the center spring bar retainers, which on the 50 are 2 tenths of a millimeter larger.
